Delivery of wood pellets and firewood
- Delivery only in the Benelux, per half or full pallet

Delivery takes place up to the first paved surface (e.g. driveway or street level).

Delivery over gravel, grass, sand or unpaved surfaces is not possible.
If the customer requests delivery on unpaved terrain and the driver cannot carry this out safely, the delivery may be refused.
In that case, the return costs of €85 will be charged to the customer. -
Delivery through garden gates and over thresholds is possible at the customer's risk.
If the driver assesses that the passage or surface is not safe, he may refuse delivery.
In that case, the return costs of €85 including VAT also apply.
