We think it’s important that you’re satisfied with your purchase. Still not quite what you expected?
Don’t worry, as a consumer you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt.

Easily report your return via info@zeeuwsehoutpellets.nl or with the model withdrawal form. You then have 30 days to send the product back to us.

How to return?

Register your return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Send the product back within 30 days to Zeeuwse Houtpellets, Drie Gezustersdijk 13, 4581 RM Vogelwaarde (or drop it off at our location).
The product is, if possible, in its original condition and packaging
Including all accessories and fittings

The costs and risk of return shipment lie with the consumer.

Once we have received and checked the product, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days using the same payment method.

Return of pellets (pallet deliveries)

Additional conditions apply to pallets:

Only unopened and undamaged bags can be returned
The return costs are €85 (incl. VAT)
(This concerns a transportation rate)
The remaining amount will be refunded within 5 working days after receipt and inspection
