Shipping policy

The wood pellets are packed in 15 kg bags and stacked on a pallet with a total of 65 bags per pallet.

All our orders are delivered using an electric pallet truck.
Please note that, in principle, the goods are delivered at the curbside. By mutual agreement, and if easily accessible, they can be placed at the desired location.
We therefore recommend that you are present at the time of delivery.

We deliver in the Netherlands (excluding the Wadden Islands) for €50, Belgium for €75, and Luxembourg for €90.
Average delivery time 2–3 working days.
